With over twenty years experience in the world of antique vehicles, I decided it was time to work for myself. My specialty is in European sports cars and classic Americana, but I have been lucky enough to work on a wide array of antiques from every country, and time period.
All I’ve ever owned and daily driven are antique vehicles, and I encourage others to do the same. Interacting with an old car or truck every day is rewarding, and something I want other people to experience. In order to do that, they will need someone who is willing to care for their classic and understand its problems. I hope to be able to fill that need.
Minor and major engine repair, suspension rebuilds, electrical work, carburetor and early fuel injection diagnosis and repair, ignition tuning and timing recurves, brake work and rebuilds, manual gearbox rebuilds, and driveline service. Did I forget something? Just ask!
There are many shops out there that will gladly throw an entire catalog’s worth of shiny new hot rod parts at your vehicle. I prefer a more subtle approach. Maintenance and service for reliability and longevity. Upgrades and modifications where necessary to cope with modern traffic, but with a nod toward the original engineering and design your vehicle was born with. They’re only original once, and they all have a story.
Come visit the shop in West Asheville, and discuss your project, be it regular maintenance, a pre purchase inspection, recommissioning a dormant vehicle, or anything in between, I’m here to help. Drop a line first, for availability and location.
